Earlier this year, Olympus announced its plans to reorganize the Scientific Solutions Division into a self-sustainable company. This reorganization will enable the Scientific Solutions business a greater level of autonomy and agility to respond more quickly and with more flexibility to our industrial and life science customers’ needs.
Today, we are proud to inform you that the name of the standalone company will be:

The new company's name, effective April 1, 2022, exemplifies our drive to provide technologies and workflow solutions that allow you to discover new insights and deliver evidence in your area of expertise.
We confirm you that there will be no change to the products or level of service and support you have come to expect from us. EVIDENT will continue to sell products with the Olympus name for the foreseeable future.
